Sea of Nectar

Sea of Nectar is a bright and refreshing blended barrel-aged sour with ginger and pomegranate. Notes of pickled ginger pop in the aroma–a little tangy, a little sweet. Puckeringly tart up front flavors of zesty key lime and fresh grated ginger ebb into more robust pomegranate notes that land somewhere in between uncooked cranberry and plump, dark cherry. A complex acidity ping pongs around the mouth!
