Shadow Work

Shadow Work is our new blended mixed culture dark sour brewed in the flemish red/brown style. We blended barrel-aged sour with young brown ale in the traditional manner, and the result is a perfectly balanced delicately tart beer with flavors of caramel, oak, dried dates, and a touch of sweetness. This is a great beer to cellar as it will develop new complexity and character over time.
