SITE SPECIFIC — our series of TAPROOM ONLY double IPAs.

This is our opportunity to play with extreme hop rates, expensive or rare hops, experimental varieties that are available in super limited capacity — in other words, beers that might prove prohibitive to produce at our usual 60-90bbl batch size. Our SITE SPECIFIC works will be hop bombs inextricably tied to their location, available here and only here. It’s a celebration of our beloved spot on Metropolitan Avenue where 100% of Grimm beer is made. Like all of our NEIPAs, this is brewed with our inimitable house yeast, evolved in the crucible of 200+ generations of selective pressure inside of our unique extra-wide cylindroconical tanks.

Site Specific Nelson Sauvin! A colossal dry hop with Nelson makes this one of the most intense double IPAs we’ve made — dripping with flavors of purple grape, juicy ripe mango, bright fresh hop cones, and sweet oat cookie. The finish is sustained, delicious, and evolving.
