Tart Farmhouse Ale w Hibiscus, Lime, & Apricot

Born from a base of an apricot-fruited mixed fermentation sour, this small batch variant went into our 7bbl grundy for the tropical additions of hibiscus and lime. The result is bright yet balanced–tangy sweetness from the apricot, a floral burst from the hibiscus, and a subtle kick of acidity from the lime. The addition of Ekuanot hops helps to bring out the savory elements of the hibiscus with some green, earthy notes.
