Sumi Ink

Sumi Ink 2022 is a 5-cask blend of well-selected bourbon barrels conditioned on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. This release is a straightforward expression of malt, oak, vanilla, and time. This is a barrel aged stout from the pre-pastry era; the body here is relatively svelte, delicate, and drinkable and the sweetness here is in balance. Notes of toasted oak, fruity chocolate, dried cherry, and vanilla.
