Sumi Ink

Sumi ink is blended from imperial stout aged one to two years in bourbon barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans. This viscous, inky black sipper balances oak, roast, booze, and malt sweetness. It is dense and compact with rich, chocolately flavors of concentrated malt, booze, vanilla, black fruit, and oak char. An imperial stout of rare balance and intensity.
