Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout w/ Coffee & Vanilla Bean

Sumi Noir is built up from a hefty base and aged for one year in four Templeton barrels, conditioned on vanilla beans and infused with Colombian coffee roasted by Sey. Sumi Noir pours jet-black with a lingering tan head, and entices with stunning aromas of impeccably roasted coffee, whiskey, vanilla, and oak. On the palate it is full-bodied and delivers waves of layered caramel and toffee, chocolate, booze, roast, and silky vanilla beans.
