Super Paradise is a sexy gose. Layers of tart hibiscus, ripe blackberries, and a dialed in salinity make this the perfect end-of-summer quencher. Brewed with 2lbs/gal of blackberries plus tons of hibiscus flowers, it’s refreshing and complex in flavor and beautiful in color. Hibiscus flowers contribute earthy and fruity tartness against a background of Berliner-style acidity. Blackberries contribute fruit acids and massive blackberry flavor. It is dry-hopped with German Mandarina Bavaria hops for a pop of citrus juiciness on the finish.
