Foeder-fermented sour dry-hopped w/ motueka

Tangram is a beautiful and tart refresher fermented in our oak foeder to a perfect medium acidity.  We dry hopped it with zesty Motueka hops from New Zealand and it tastes incredible!  We get big notes of fresh-squeezed lime, sherbet, and powdery Sweet Tarts candy, with a background of honeysuckle.
