Double IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer’s Flight
Explosively tropical and boasting perfectly balanced sweetness. Brewed with Mosaic, Falconer’s Flight, and Citra hops, the nose is a massive burst of guava, melon and passionfruit. Each sip is a satisfyingly complex blend of gummy peach rings and undertones of resinous, dank spruce. We brewed the first batch of Tesseract in 2014 when we were still a nomadic brewery, and as our first-ever DIPA recipe it not only became a benchmark for the hazy DIPA genre but it also holds a special place in our hearts. Returning to Tesseract always grounds us in the first principles of our hops program, and this beer is a welcome reminder of just how rewarding the style can be.
