Spontaneous Fermentation Ale with Gewurztraminer Grapes
A tart blend of two year spontaneous ale brewed in the lambic method with a turbid mash, aged hops, ambient inoculation, and fermentation in oak, refermented on Gewurztraminer grapes grown on the North Fork. Incredibly dense and complex with punchy white grape, passionfruit, and pineapple accents complementing the brett-laced funk of wild fermentation.
