Tip Tap

Brewed with tangy kumquats and juicy blackberries, TIP TAP is a spritzy and clean fruited saison. We stripped the base beer down to down a crisp demi-sec monoculture farmhouse chassis, and refermented on berries and citrus (peel and all). Then we can-conditioned the beer to a high degree of effervescence. A delightfully mild tartness makes itself known, but it originates in the acids found in the fruit themselves, rather than in a mixed culture.
