Today’s Special Mandarina

Our beloved pale ale series packs the fruity, hoppy satisfaction of our Double IPA’s into a svelte 5.5% ABV silhouette, and features a rotating cast of players in the starring dry hop role. This batch of Today’s Special is dry hopped exclusively with German Mandarina Bavaria hops — a very special varietal that is fruity like an American hop, but without the dank/resinous oily character our native hops tend to display. As a result, Today’s Special Mandarina is very fruit-forward, delicate, pleasurable and inviting. We get soft notes of apricot, orange blossoms, clementine, rambutan, and pine in this juicy crusher.
