Trellis

Trellis is a blend of fresh farmhouse ale with barrel-aged golden sour and spontaneous ale casks. We racked this saison de coupage onto second-use apricot, nectarine and plum pits from the local fruit used in Gathering Stone Fruit. Finally, we added staghorn sumac that we hand-harvested in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
