We’ll Drive You Crazy

We’ll Drive You Crazy is developed with a unique recipe writing process. We use this beer to keep our hop inventory concise and fresh. We look through our hop inventory and find all of the odds and ends that are appropriate for making hazy IPA, but which aren’t allocated to anything in particular. That’s why this batch of We’ll Drive You Crazy features 7(!) different hop varieties, all of which we love but most of which don’t find a home in our core recipes. Here we have Luminosa, Motueka, Sabro, Galaxy, Centennial, Idaho 7, and Columbus. The copious volumes of Too Many hops used in this beer have created a blast of citrusy, resinous hop character.
