Fans of Belgium’s De La Senne Taras Boulba pale ale and anything from France’s Brasserie Thiriez will find much to like in what I’m calling a true Belgian-style IPA.” Castling will bring a slow, spreading smile to the face of the most jaded old-school cicerone.  One wouldn’t expect it, but Castling uses the largest kettle hop load of any beer that Grimm has ever brewed!
