Astral Sunset | Double IPA | 8% | $20/4-pack

Introducing Astral Sunset — our new dual-hopped DIPA that tastes like summer’s fresh bounty at its best! Hopped with Amarillo and Mosaic, this beer is the full fruit salad: overripe stone fruit, tangerine supremes, fresh cantaloupe, papaya, and windfall apples. Shortbread cookie rounds out the flavor giving balance to the sunbaked sweetness that lingers long after each taste. A plush and pillowy mouthfeel delivers the whipped cream on top!

Dreamweapon | IPA | 7% | $18/4-pack

The return of Dreamweapon is a welcomed release for these hot, humid days. This 6.4% IPA brewed with Columbus, El Dorado & Azacca offers complex layers of intensely dank northwest woods in a crisp and refreshing format. El Dorado invites us in with a hint of candy orange on the nose, but Columbus delivers the whole forest–resinous pine, warm cedar, anise hyssop and crabapple. Very dry finish with a satisfying bite of bitterness.

Star Atlas | Sour Ale with Hibiscus & Lime | 5.5% | $8/500ml

There’s a new blush beer on the horizon! The thirst-quenching Star Atlas is a tart farmhouse ale that drinks like the luxury of a poolside hibiscus cooler. Born from a base of an apricot-fruited mixed fermentation sour, this small batch variant went into our 7bbl grundy for the tropical additions of hibiscus and lime. The result is bright yet balanced–tangy sweetness from the apricot, a floral burst from the hibiscus, and a subtle kick of acidity from the lime. The addition of Ekuanot hops helps to bring out the savory elements of the hibiscus with some green, earthy notes. With only 51 cases produced, this beer will be sold primarily in the Grimm taproom.
