We paired up with Ends Meat to bring you a delicious beer dinner during NYC Beer Week!

Ends Meat is a small butcher shop & salumeria founded in 2011 by John Ratliff with the goal of supporting local agriculture by fermenting as many locally grown and raised things as possible.  The primary focus is on cured and fermented European-style salumi.

This dinner will be a 5 course prefix menu consisting of fun aged and fermented butcher & larder products paired with Grimm beers!  Menu to be explained by John Ratliff, and beer pairings will be explained by none other than Joe & Lauren Grimm!
