Butterfly Door and Shadow Work release on Saturday at noon!

Butterfly Door is sister to Lambo Door and Suicide Door. Just like Lambo Door, it is brewed with El Dorado, Citra, Simcoe; however, this time, we added the new American hop Cashmere. This double IPA is loaded with gummy bear hop flavor. It explodes out of the glass with flavors of pineapple, guava, lime, coconut, orange blossoms, mango, gumdrops, and creamsicle deliciousness. Butterfly Door is the jam!

We’re excited to release a winter sour! Shadow Work is our new blended mixed culture dark sour brewed in the flemish red/brown style. We blended our barrel-aged sour with young brown ale in the traditional manner, and the result is a perfectly balanced delicately tart beer with flavors of caramel, oak, dried dates, and a touch of sweetness. This is a great beer to cellar as it will develop new complexity and character over time. Drink it now while curled up next to a fireplace, or hold onto a bottle for the next year or two.
