Cloudbusting #6! Our 6th iteration of this 100% New Zealand hop DIPA is one for the books! Double dry hopped with Motueka & Rakau, Cloudbusting #6 is bringing out the most soft, juicy, and floral notes from these star hops. The nose is big yet delicate — a full bouquet of honeysuckle, white lily, lilac and lime peel. Ripe white peach and d’anjou pear fill the mouth with a juicy sweetness that is layered with robust buckwheat honey and a pleasant beeswax bitterness — the whole honeycomb dissolving in your glass.

Stout season is in full swing and we’ve got a new batch of Double Negative to bring to the table! This award-winning 10% Imperial Stout pours jet black with burnt orange highlights. A long lasting tan head leaves abundant frothy lacing. Aromas bursting from the glass include coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel, black currant and blueberry. Creamy and viscous on the palate with a pop of smooth bitterness accompanied by a lingering roasty finish.

I Still Love The Old World | Noble-hopped Ale with Brett | 5.3% | $8/500ml

I Still Love The Old World is an ode to the brewers and beers that have long inspired the Grimm philosophy. Created in collaboration with the legendary brewer/scholar Yvan De Baets of De La Senne in Brussels, this extra-hoppy old world ale shows off our unique and evolving house ale yeast — serially repitched since Grimm’s opening for favorable genetic drift — in combination with gentle brettanomyces and noble hops. The result is a thirst quenching belgian-style blonde loaded with complex brett-forward fruitiness and a noble hop driven lingering herbal bitterness. Raw wheat in the grist and a traditional step-mash process provide an elegant malt character to this brewer’s favorite beer!
