Destination Neon | Double IPA | 8% | $20/4-pack

Destination Neon is our latest hazed up lupulin delivery system. A dominant hop flavor of ripe peach lights up your pleasure centers, while tangerine-lime and cotton candy are notable in the background.  A delicate sweetness appears on the clean finish, reminiscent of a shortbread cookie. Brewed with Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Azacca, and Motueka.

Midnight Morning | Imperial Stout with Coffee, Pecans, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla | 13% | $14/500ml 

Mouthwatering maple-laced pecan pancakes are the inspiration for Midnight Morning.  For our second collaboration with the impeccable roasters at Sey Coffee, our resident coffee aficionado Ryan Goff selected an exquisite lot of caramel-sweet Caturra beans from Columbia.  We added a massive dose of ultra-dark, late season maple syrup, and finished the beer on 600lbs of delicately toasted pecans. Midnight Morning is a jet-black, viscous pour that oozes from the bottle like crude oil.  An intoxicating, robust aroma of sweet maple and fresh-roasted coffee wafts from the glass.  The rich layers of maple syrup, nutty pecan, and Colombian arabica are beautifully balanced, with a dense mouthfeel coating the palate like chocolate ganache.  The finish is long, evolving, and rewarding.  This is a stunning beer that balances its massive heft with intricate nuances.
