We are right around the corner from our 1 year anniversary!! To commemorate our taproom & production facility in Brooklyn, we will be throwing an anniversary party on Saturday, June 29th. We have an abundance of special beer & merch releases planned including:

The Time is Now | Sour Ale Aged on Oak with Raspberries & Peaches | 1.5L | $48

The Time is Now is a limited run of hand labeled, hand waxed, brewery only 1.5L magnums. This small-batch blended barrel-aged peach/raspberry sour highlights the complexity of our finest barrel stock, and folds in beer brewed before our opening day last year. French oak lends nuance of vanilla and tannins, and our house mixed-culture creates a well-rounded acid complexity.  We re-fermented this special Anniversary beer on 4 lbs/gallon of peaches and raspberries. Limit 2 per person.

Comic Sans | DIPA with Coconut, Marshmallow Fluff, & Milk Sugar | 8% | $22/4-pack

Anniversary small batch #2 is Comic Sans! This special double IPA is brewed with marshmallow fluff, toasted coconut flakes, & milk sugar and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe.  Powerful coconut/marshmallow candy aromas have us reminiscing about macaroons, samoa cookies, piña colada, and coconut meringue.  Tropical-fruity hop character plays a background role to the sweets.  The body of this beer is sweet yet delicate and lends to shocking drinkability! There is no noticeable bitterness.

This very small batch will be available Saturday, 6/29 at the brewery only. 35 cases. EDIT: Limits TBD on Saturday. Certainly not more than one case pp.

First Anniversary | Triple IPA | 11% | $22/4-pack

ONE ONE ONE ONE ONE!  1st Anniversary Triple IPA is Triple dry-hopped, 11% ABV, and brewed with 11 pounds per barrel (!!!!11) of our favorite hops — dry hopped with Mosaic, dry hopped again with Cashmere, and dry hopped a final time with Nelson Sauvin.  By far our largest hop load ever💥💥💥 , this beer is ridiculously complex, layered, and DELICIOUS.  Some notes from our tasting session include “oozing dripping ripeness, watermelon, sugarplum, grape, mango, candied stone fruit, tropical cookies, and honeysuckle nectar.” 1st Anniversary is a candied fruit bomb 🍭🍭🍬🍬

Butterfly Door | Double IPA | 8% | $20/4-pack

Butterfly Door 🏎 is back! It is loaded with gummy bear hop flavor and double dry-hopped with El Dorado, Citra, and Cashmere hops. It explodes out of the glass with flavors of pineapple🍍, guava, lime, coconut 🥥, orange🍊 blossoms, mango 🥭, gumdrops 🍬, and creamsicle deliciousness.

We will also be selling petainer kegs (one-way kegs) of Butterfly Door out of the taproom starting at noon on Saturday, 6/29. We have 10 available and they will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis — $198/20L.

Noon Moon | Imperial Milk Stout with Hazelnuts, Cacao, & Bananas | 12% | $14/500ml

Noon Moon is inspired by the classic nutella-and-banana crepe, this rich, viscous imperial milk stout is brewed with hazelnuts, bananas, and cacao — a densely layered sweet stout that’s ridiculously tasty!  With its hefty body and soft carbonation, it pours into the glass like crude oil
