Great Scott! There’s a new addition to the car show…Gull Wing Door! Using that OG Lambo Door hop base of El Dorado, Citra, and Simcoe, Gull Wing Door gets the special addition of Nelson Sauvin. Still a juice bomb with big notes of overripe peaches and Haribo gummy bears, but the Nelson provides bright yet delicate fruit-forward notes of lychee and gooseberry.

Introducing Evening Sunrise–an imperial oatmeal stout brewed with coffee, brown sugar, toasted almonds, and vanilla. An Ethiopian varietal from our friends at Sey Coffee imparts delicate, fruit-forward notes of cherry and stone fruit that pair harmoniously with the nutty, milk chocolate, and satisfyingly sweet caramelized flavors from the other adjuncts. Full bodied with a light yet lingering soft tannic finish.
