Hint | Berliner Weisse with Local Berries | 3% | On-site Bottle Pours

Hint is our traditional unboiled, mixed culture berliner weisse transformed through a second steeping on local, peak of summer fruit. The same whole tart cherries and blackberries used to flavor Gathering, our most recent blended barrel-aged sour, see a second life. The result is a luminous blush pink berliner that is refreshingly tart with just a hint of cherry, blackberry, and oak. This limited run will be taproom only, bottle pour only.

Tangram | Dry-Hopped Sour Ale | 6% | $10/500ml

Tangram is a beautiful and tart refresher fermented in our oak foeder to a perfect medium acidity.  We dry hopped it with zesty Motueka hops from New Zealand and it tastes incredible!  We get big notes of fresh-squeezed lime, sherbet, and powdery Sweet Tarts candy, with a background of honeysuckle.

Today’s Special: Hallertau Blanc | American Pale Ale | 5.5% | $17/4-pack

It’s great to have Today’s Special back and the latest variation is a doozy!  Our favorite hazy pale ale base is amped up by a heavy-handed second dry hop of Hallertau Blanc.  We love the complex hoppy-fruity flavors of peach, honeydew melon, and white grape.  Next to the fruity elements, we notice a delightful floral essence reminiscent of orange blossom water and clover honey.  Balanced, refreshing, hoppy, and just the perfect.
