We’re so happy to get you Light Year, a house favorite for us, in time for the holiday. This DIPA is a tropical/dank swirl of Galaxy, Columbus, Citra & Mosaic hops. Notes of orange and pineapple that lead in aroma and taste, are complimented by subtle notes of pine and a strong backbone of dank herbal funk. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a pleasant and balancing bitterness.

Heliogram | Foeder-fermented Sour Ale | 5.5% | $10/500ml

Heliogram is an easy-drinking, thirst-quenching foeder-fermented dry-hopped sour ale with Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops. The aroma is bright but tame–notes of freshly zested grapefruit, lemon verbena, honeydew, orange marmalade, and a touch of cotton candy sweet. A punch of acidity up front quickly ebbs into gentle flavors of underripe pineapple and mango which is complemented by a pithy bitterness. An approachable sour to pair with your holiday happenings!
