Boy are we excited to release Lithos–our first (and quite seriously long desired) schwarzbier! Since we’ve opened our doors, there has been a team wide craving to get this beer in our lineup, and now, after a year and a half of honing our lager skills, we are proud to present a real beaut of a black lager. Light bodied and smooth with layered roasted malt characteristics and notes of unsweetened cacao nibs, carob and black coffee. Extra quaffable and dry with a pleasing long bitter finish.

Little Thief | Berliner Weisse | 3.5% | $7/500ml

Introducing Little Thief, a lovely little Berliner Weisse conditioned on Merlot pomace. After we used whole-cluster Merlot grapes for our @jesterkingbrewery collaboration, we reused the spent grape skins and stems for this tart and delicate mixed culture berliner weisse that conveys a hint of Merlot. In a season filled with rich indulgence, Little Thief stands out as a tempered and refreshing treat! 3.5%ABV — $7/500ml.
