Lumen and Topos release on Saturday, 2/2!

Topos is our newest pilsner. It is unfiltered, crisp, and pours a beautiful golden straw color. Delicate pilsner malt flavors of fresh hay and floral honey blend with powerful spicy German noble hops.

This batch of Lumen smells like opening a fresh bag of hops, seriously. The flavors and aromas of our newest batch reflect our continuous improvements in cellar technique. It boasts tropical aromas of guava, lime, mango, and orange. Hops in suspension give it a warm glowing appearance.
