We packed the full spectrum of hop flavor into our newest Galaxy-forward DIPA. Magnetic Cloud is where intense tropical fruit meets intoxicatingly dank hop funk. Galaxy and Motueka from New Zealand combine with American Columbus and Mosaic hops to create a powerful force of aromatics —lime, melon, pineapple, raspberry and cannabis.

Strawberry Rebus | Foeder-fermented Mixed Culture Sour Ale with Strawberries | 6% | $12/500ml 

Strawberry Rebus is built from a foundation of oak, brettanomyces, and fresh strawberries.  With the acidity of our foeder’s mixed culture layered upon the tartness of the berries, this beer will have you salivating with its assertively sour punch.  The mouthfeel is almost like an old world rosé: fruity yet bone dry, light-bodied, and with noticeable tannins.  The fermentation character is brett-forward with plenty of funky phenols contributing complexity.  Fans of natural wine will dig this one!  Strawberry Rebus is food-friendly and will pair excellently with fatty meats and cheeses or delicate salads.
