Ambient Fizz: Koyo Berry is a barrel-aged spontaneous sour ale made with Oishii’s newest varietal, the Koyo Berry.
Fermented and aged in oak barrels exclusively with wild yeast and bacteria from the ambient environment, the Ambient Fizz: Koyo Berry is re-fermented with Oishii’s freshly picked berries. It’s an easy-drinking ale that’s spritzy and refreshing with complex notes of oak, juicy strawberry, and lemon verbena. 4% ABV ✨
Oishii’s berries are exceptional, grown in the world’s largest indoor vertical strawberry farm. They are always-in-season, pesticide-free, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
