Saturday 9/15 can release at noon: Present Perfect passionfruit berliner weisse!  This intensely tart and tropical berliner is a rare delight, brewed with copious quantities of real passionfruits that we imported from Brazil.  We totally understand how this fruit came to be considered an aphrodisiac, because it combines an ethereal, perfumed tropical nectar with a musty, funky truffle-like earthiness.  Present Perfect is crisp and dry yet juicy; direct yet layered. We’ve been can conditioning it for a few weeks, and it’s finally ready for prime time — judging from the last time we brewed this beer, it will continue develop nicely for several months.
