The ultimate poolside cooler!  Spotlighting Galaxy and Motueka hops, Splish begins with a huge aroma of sweet mango. On the palate, we get waves of tropical fruit, lime zest, fresh squeezed OJ, and lime sherbet.  Flaked oats in the grist give an extra creamy body. An absolute delight.

Lilt | Oak aged Golden Sour Ale with Tart Cherries | 6% | $15/500ml

The ever so elegant Lilt returns!  Lilt is a mixed culture golden sour ale that is aged in select oak barrels and refermented with tart Montmorency cherries resulting in a beer that is beautifully balanced with fruit and funk. The aroma is cherry pie with the slightest hint of vanilla and cinnamon and a brett-forward leathery layer. The first sip is a bright burst of sour candy that ebbs into a savory richness of dark summer fruits and oak. One of our favorites to see how the complexities develop and deepen over time!
