Tesseract | Double IPA | 8% | $20/4-pack

Tesseract is a modern cult classic, and this batch is hop perfection. Beautifully luminous haze fills the glass topped with white lacing. We’re showcasing our Mosaic and Citra hops that we selected during this year’s harvest season in Yakima. Flavors of pineapple, orange, and candied peach rings intertwine with underlying hop resin.  Exceptionally clean and unmuddied hop flavors make Tesseract a perennial favorite for all of us at Grimm.

Circle of Fifths | Multigrain Farmhouse Ale | 4.8% | $7/500ml

Circle of Fifths is a bright, tart, and rustic mixed-culture multigrain farmhouse ale brewed for lovers of balance and complexity.  We used spelt, rye, and oats along with a blend of noble hops and aged hops; and we blended oak-fermented sour beer together with fresh hoppy saison to create a coupage that displays brett funk, lactic tartness, farmhouse esters, and continental hop character. At 4.8% ABV, it is maximally quenching and hydrating, with a lemonade-like power to slake thirst.  The acidity and brettanomyces ensure that this beer will age gracefully when stored in appropriate conditions, developing new characteristics as the months go by.  Grab a few bottles and see how the beer unfolds over time.
