Lala's Brooklyn Apizza is open!

Lala’s Brooklyn Apizza is located on the upper level at Grimm, juxtaposed with our airy rooftop terrace and a bar featuring our Physica line of house-made natural wines. It features our own eccentric take on the uniquely charred New Haven apizza style, with an ethereally thin crust made from our house-milled malted wheat, fermented with our own house sourdough culture, and baked in an Italian wood-fired oven. In addition to the full list of Grimm beers and Physica wines, the terrace bar features a concisely curated cocktail menu.
