Our yearly batch of Super Spruce is here! This spruce tip gose has gained a cult following, and we’re excited that it’s back. The release is Saturday, 11/17, at noon.

Super Spruce owes its immense pine aromatics to a double dose of resin. The new growth of spruce trees layered with Chinook hops create a complex profile of fresh pine that includes floral, citrus, cola, and bubble gum undertones. This unboiled gose is luminous and hazy with a grapefruit-like acidity that perfectly showcases the bright coniferous flavors rounded out by a touch of sea salt.
