NY State Brewery of the Year for 4 years! 2021, 2022, 2024, & 2025

Our first floor taproom is situated inside of our beloved 7,000sqft. production brewery and winery with a view of our oak foeder, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and brewhouse. With 24' high ceilings and a facade of windows, our downstairs taproom feels airy and light-filled with plants throughout and books adorning the shelves.

Our bar features 20 draft lines and an ever-changing array of Grimm beers––from IPAs, to lagers, to barrel-aged sours and stouts. As the exclusive home of our sister winery, Physica Wines, the taproom doubles as a natural wine bar and is the only place in NYC to find Physica's zero-intervention wines.

Our to-go fridge is always stocked with our newest releases, alongside some vintage surprises. Each week the taproom plays host to numerous community events such as a Bring Your Own Vinyl night, Run Club, Old Time Jam band, and a curated live musical performance.
